Weekly Writing Update

deemoyzaI only wrote one day this week, but I made it count! I picked up a prompt from the FF Kiss Battle and ran with it. A what-if scenario involving Julia and Raine before their respective marriages. Basically, while Laguna was schlepping his ass around Centra, these two ladies spent a lovely weekend together. ;) I was worried I might've taken it too far, but thankfully, the recipient really liked it!
Other than that, I was finally able to share the treat I wrote for Chocolate Box. The recipient there also enjoyed it, and left a lovely comment. It's a good reminder that I can deliver on requests when I put my mind to it.
Speaking of requests,and not those still languishing in my Tumblr inbox from last June, shhhh, I did a fic prompt mashup meme over on Tumblr, and still have to get around to devising story outlines for two of them. It's a harder challenge than it seems at first glance, but lots of fun.
