I updated my sticky post with a "Miscellaneous Info" section, which is about as informative as it sounds. I've always found introductions a little awkward; how does one balance ego with a socially-acceptable level of modesty? ;)

I love the update to your sticky post! And I didn't realize you loved Studio Ghibli and Pixar movies! And solid choices for movies too 😍 I love Coco! Have you seen Soul yet? It's really good with an awesome soundtrack. But legit, anything by Studio Ghibli and Pixar are top-notch go-to comfort films.

Thanks! While there are quite a few Ghibli movies I haven't seen, I love the ones I have seen. The studio always seems to find a way to infuse the mundane with magic, and ground the magical in real emotions. It's the same with Pixar (no matter how many times I watch it, the last five minutes of Coco always wreck me!). I haven't seen Soul yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

You're right about these being good comfort films. Whether or not they make me cry along the way, they always leave me smiling. :)
