Wednesday Writing Update

deemoyzaA bit of a slow week. I completed my weekly story, with the intent of keeping it below 1,000 words (and I barely made it, at 999 words!), and I worked on Chapter 4 of "Until I Burn Away." I seem to have hit a little bump in that story, trying to explain situations that the source material glosses over in the first place. Hopefully, once I get those scenes out of the way, the rest of the story will pick up again.
Fingers crossed.
Writing stats:
- Total words written: 2,750
- Original Fiction: 999 (for "Decree")
- Fanfiction: 1,751 (for "Until I Burn Away")
- Percentage breakdown: 36.3% Original Fiction, 63.7% Fanfiction
The ratio between original fiction and fanfic is a little bit better than last week's, but that's due in large part to my lack of progress on my current fanfic project. Hopefully, this coming week will be better all around, in terms of percentage and progress.
