Thank you!!! 💕 Yes, this is a major relief; I actually cried the day following this post, just from the relief and the sensation of having a quiet mind at last. And I think that twinge of regret I mentioned will remain in the back of my mind for a while, but even one week into treatment, it's beginning to fade into the background of more pleasant thoughts and plans for my newfound focus! :D
