Thank you so much for taking the time to create something for this challenge! I sincerely apologize for the significant delay in finishing this letter. If you have already decided what you want to write, please disregard the individual fandom sections. For Cissy Gay & Barney - She's known Barney for five years, during which she lost her child and became sick herself. She credits him with helping her through those times. What would their friendship look like, before and after the tragedies? Do they share any special jokes or stories between them? And what about the oranges? How did that particular "tradition" start?
For Cissy Gay (solo) - So much of her story is only hinted at in the book. I'd like to know about her, from any period in her life. While I don't mind if you focus on the tragedies that befell her, I also wouldn't mind something simpler and sweeter, like when she was in love with young man that would become her baby's father. Just anything about this sweet, tender young woman would be great!

They both carry specific memories of Daryl, and may harbor a quiet rivalry, but I'd love to see them reminisce about her together, and find common ground outside of their relationship with her.
For Celes &/ Terra - I love the contrast between these two, and I wonder if they were often competitive with each other, whether consciously or not? Were they childhood rivals, perhaps? Or maybe they even came close to being friends back then. How does Celes feel about how the Empire (and, complicity, herself) used Terra? How does both of them turning away from the Empire affect their relationship? After the events of the game, how often do they keep in touch? Do they travel together, or settle down somewhere peaceful to enjoy their lives?
For Daryl/Setzer - I love to think of them as a high-flying, daredevil couple, who aren't averse to a little bit of competition between themselves. The game hints that Daryl was a very spirited woman, and I think her personality would play quite nicely with Setzer's chill formality. Basically, I just want to see fireworks between these two, however hot you want them to get! ;)
For Daryl/Maria/Setzer - I like to think that Daryl was the glue that held such different characters together, but I would really love to see how these personalities interacted with each other. I'd prefer there'd be no jealously among them, though I am not averse to some good-natured rivalry (and "innovative" means by which settle it ;) ).

For Rinoa/Squall - I'm very happy with the relationship as we see it in the game, and would love to see what happens next. How does Squall manage to reconcile being the Sorceress' Knight with being a SeeD? Does he keep the Commander role he received in-game? Does Rinoa become a part of Garden, and does she devote time to learning how to better control her powers? What do they do in their downtime? Go to the beach, visit other places, or just cuddle in the quiet? They were my first OTP and I still have a massive soft spot for them, so I'd love to see what you come up with! :)
For Rinoa/Quistis - I've often said that this pairing is similar to Squinoa, but with a more forthcoming partner in Quistis. I think it's a perfect pairing to play to both characters' strengths: Rinoa's warm, outgoing nature thawing Quisty's reserve, while Quistis can bring a little bit of practicality to Rinoa's more quixotic moments. I think there would be quite a playful element to this pairing as well, and I'd love to see both women blossom into better versions of themselves in each other's affection.
For Dr. Kadowaki (solo) - What doesn't this woman do? She's a nurse, a therapist, a kick-ass card player, and the coolest head in an emergency... but how did she start working at Garden? What does she think of her role, of how the children are treated? How does she feel about Cid, especially after he abandons Garden? Was she always prepared to step up and care for everyone? And, once things calm down, how does she feel about what happened? Does she think about it at all, or does she just shuffle her deck and challenge someone new to a game of Triple Triad?
For Edea/Seifer - I'm specifically thinking of possessed!Edea for this, but I didn't make that clear, so if you've already begun something with non-possessed Edea, by all means, carry on! I would love to see darker side of this relationship, Edea manipulating a young man not only through thought control, but also through desire. Does Seifer ever act on this desire? And if so, what happens? Does Edea rebuff him or welcome him? Does she indoctrinate him gently, or use this opportunity to mess his mind up even more. This has the potential to be seventy kinds of fucked-up, and I am here for it.
For Julia/Caraway - Maybe I'm a total sap, but I like to believe that they had an honest, loving relationship, that Laguna was just a crush that Julia grew out of. I'd like to see how they met, what their courtship was like, what married life was like for them. We don't get much in the way of character development for either of them in-game, so this would be a great opportunity to look into what makes each of them tick and how they ended up together.
For Rinoa & Caraway - It has to happen eventually. They have to sit down and talk about what happened between them, what's happened in Rinoa's life, and what the future looks like. I would like for there to be some element of forgiveness between them, even if they can't fully repair their relationship.
For Selphie & Irvine - I love these two as a platonic pair, combining Selphie's manic energy and Irvine's lovelorn insistence on following and supporting her in whatever she does. Let the shenanigans ensue!

I would love to see them discuss what is happening throughout their journey, tend to one another's wounds, or simply throw all caution to the wind and embrace a moment of passion.

For Red (solo) - We know she's a famous singer, but who else is she? What was her background growing up? What led her to pursue the arts? How was she treated as a student spearheading the arts movement at a school devoted to the sciences and civic planning? What other songs did she write, and how did she become such a cultural phenomenon in Cloudbank?
For Mr. Nobody (solo) - And what about Mr. Nobody? Where did he come from? Is he native to Cloudbank, or, as his function implies, from outside the system? What did he do for a living before becoming Red's bodyguard? Why didn't he make a selection (was he even able to?)? Where did his love of flatbread develop? And what glimpses can he give us to the other strata of Cloudbank society?
For Farrah Yon-Dale (solo) - Farrah is such an intriguing character, and we get so little information on her. What is sky-painting? How did she learn how to do it? What did her works look like, and how long did they last? Who was the mysterious lover for whom she pushed herself beyond the Admin-prescribed limits? And did she know this might be her last painting? If so, just how glorious was it?
For Red & Sybil - I love the uncomfortable familiarity between these two. Sybil has clearly overstepped boundaries in the past, and Mr. Nobody really distrusts her. I see Sybil as someone who is eager to get close to someone she admires, to the point that it becomes an obsession. What were her interactions with Red like? Did they start out friendly and get progressively creepier, or was Sybil adept at hiding her obsession in front of Red? When did this obsession start, and how, and might they have gotten along perfectly well had Sybil not let her emotions take control of the relationship?

From the secrets of Kakariko Village to the shark kept in the Lakeside Laboratory (where did it come from?!) to the horrible transformations under Ganondorf's rule. And yet, there are some beautiful, peaceful locales as well, such as Zora's Domain (before it's frozen), Kokiri Forest, and the entrance to the Gerudo Valley. Pick a place, pick a legend (or make one up!), and tell me a story about this magical land.
