I have plenty of things to work on, prompts and replies and memes and the like, but this weekend, my brain just decided, "hey, let's mess around with our Neocities site!" Yay?
With all the stuff that's coming out about AO3, it seemed as good a time as any to jump on the bandwagon of making a personal archive of my work. (I'll still be posting to AO3 for the foreseeable future, but what I've heard recently is A Lot of Not Good. 😬) But could I keep this little site simple? Nope. Do I know any CSS and HTML beyond the very very basics? Also nope. Does that stop me from trying out all the bells and whistles and crap? I think you know the answer.
Anyway, it's been fun tinkering with my site, running over to W3 Schools whenever I get in over my head. It's still not complete (gotta tackle the multichapter fics next! 😨), but it's coming along nicely:

This is the most I've put into this site since I signed up for Neocities like, over a year ago, maybe two? It took me forever to decide on a layout and color scheme, and I think I've finally landed on something I like (I hope!). My little site is, unfortunately, not mobile-responsive, and it might never be. I have enough trouble just getting content onto it! But for what it is, I'm happy with it.
