Chocolate Box gifts!!!

 Creators have been revealed, which means I can share the gifts I got with their proper credits!  Yay!

- Liberation, by FireEye (Parasite Eve) - A post-Chrysler Building fic showing why Daniel is The Best Partner, Ever.  I love the warmth and fatherliness he exudes here, and how he gives Aya the time to process what just happened with Eve, and what that means for her.  And Aya's relief when she realizes that her ordeal is truly over is palpable.  She's been through so much, with Daniel beside her as much as he could be, and now they can finally leave the nightmare behind them.

- Picnic Day by Anonymous (Haibane Renmei) - A precious picture of Kuu and Rakka having a picnic and watching the clouds.  A warm, happy moment for these two. :)

After the account of her reawakened powers goes public, Aya is contacted by an FBI agent who tells her about the survival and westward migration of Neo-Mitochondrial Creatures, and invites her to join MIST to stop them. As Aya debates leaving the NYPD for MIST, she receives a startling reminder that her battle is far from over.
