Weekly Writing Update
Oct. 7th, 2020 01:26 pmProgress, and accomplishment, though not in regard to what I was working on earlier. Last week, I decided to let the Ever-Expanding Story rest for a bit, and returned to a WIP I'd last posted to ten months ago. It felt very good to get that story moving again. I'm going to try really hard to not let another ten months lapse before the next chapter! ;)
So, I've gone ahead and plotted out the following chapter to "Where I Belong," and will return to working on the EES for the time being. I read over the first three chapters of it a few days ago, and they really aren't as bad as I feared. Ch. 4, however, is proving to be quite stubborn. This is more problematic than usual, because THE major plot point is only a few scenes away, but wouldn't you know it, I just can't write those few scenes! :/
Ah, it'll work out, eventually. I promise this one won't take ten months to figure out!
Total words written this week: 4,471 (for Ch. 2 of "Where I Belong")
