More Blue Castle illustrations!
With these pieces, my little zine is nearly complete! I have one blank page at the end of the zine, and I'm debating whether to leave it blank, make another illustration for it, or put a little author's note there, maybe just a thanks for reading to an as-yet-undetermined audience. :)
Anyhow, piccies!
From the fic, "All the Light and Shadow of It", wherein Barney turns to his cats while coming to terms with the reality of Valancy's situation. The cats, naturally, don't care.
A(n admittedly lazy) background for the Valancy portrait from earlier, for the fic, "Queen of the Wild Places". I also included the black-and-white version because I think it looks like an old photograph, and I just think that's neat! :)
A few more decisions, a couple of layout tweaks, and then printing. 😱 I'm afraid I'm going to be spending the better part of an afternoon at FedEx Office.
And afterward, I'll have to see about converting this to a PDF. Just because.
